What’s the difference between shop and commissions?
Shop items are pre-made and ready to ship — add them to your bag like a normal store. Commissions are made for you: send a request, we talk refs and quote, then production starts.
How long does shipping take?
Most ready-made shop goods ship in a few days after payment. Exact windows are listed on each product page (usually 1–7 days depending on the item).
How do commission quotes work?
Listed prices are starting points. After you submit a request we review your refs, complexity, and timeline, then send a clear quote before any deposit or work begins.
What refs should I send for custom work?
Character sheets, color swatches, outfit notes, and pose ideas help most. Rough sketches are fine — the clearer your vision, the smoother the quote.
Can I mix a shop order and a commission?
Yes. Checkout the shop bag as usual, and open a separate commission request for custom work. We’ll keep both threads clear in the studio portal.
Do you ship internationally?
Often yes — ask via the inquiry form with your country and what you’re ordering. Shipping cost and timing depend on size (plush vs print vs neon).
